POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

At Plush Rose Blowout Bar, we value your time. We understand that you’re busy, and that you need to get gorgeous and be on your way. That doesn’t mean we rush your time, but we do book exactly the amount of time needed for your services. Please read our policies below, and don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you have!

Reservations

For our new guests, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking you in and entering your information into our system. We recommend making salon reservations four to six weeks in advance to assure desired reservations. Walk-ins are always welcome, however this is NOT a reservation.

Cancellations

Plush Rose Blowout Bar requires a valid credit card on file to reserve a salon reservation. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify the salon at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled reservation. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Guest who confirm their reservation AND no show will be charged in full 100% of their scheduled service and will only be able to walk in for a service from that point forward. If you have not confirmed your reservation at least 24 hours in advance your reservation will automatically be cancelled.  Cancellations and “no-shows” leave a gap in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another guest and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

All deposits are 100% non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time your deposit will stay on your account until you choose to use it. If you are a No-Show or decide to cancel the day of your appointment, that will result in a loss of your deposit.

Try Another In-House Stylist

All of our stylist are “Skill Certified” in every service that we provide at Plush Rose. We understand the preference of wanting your favorite stylist. Our main priority is giving you an awesome service no matter your stylist. All our team members are supportive of one another. In addition, we keep detailed records of your service history and color formulas, allowing stylists equal access to this information.

SERVICE GUARANTEE POLICY

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within 7 days of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided.

Refer A Friend

We believe that a referral is the best compliment one can give. When a new guest comes in for a first reservation and says that they were referred by you as a current guest, you will receive 10% off of your next scheduled Blowout!

Return – Exchange on Retail

Products purchased at the salon or by mail may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, when accompanied by a receipt. Only products that are returned in the same condition as when purchased (including the item itself and packaging) will be accepted for exchange. No cash refunds.

PAYMENT METHOD POLICY

All credit card information is confidential and secure. We accept:

  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Debit
  • We do NOT accept checks as a form of payment

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Use of the Plush Rose gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • Gift cards are valid at Plush Rose only for all products and services available.
  • Gift cards are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
  • Copies of gift cards are not acceptable.
  • Please call Plush Rose concerning lost gift cards, at which time the serial number must be provided for reissue.
  • All gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

LATE POLICY

Plush Rose is committed to providing the best service. To do so, we ask that you kindly arrive for your scheduled reservation on time. We do understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will do our very best to accommodate each guest. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be to the discretion of our Guest Service Expert to evaluate what service they can offer you in the remaining time of your reservation, as it may be necessary to offer an alternative service to accommodate you due to other scheduling requirements. In certain circumstances, re-scheduling may be necessary.

Children POLICY

We at Plush Rose love children… some of us even have a few!  However, for the safety of your children and for the comfort of our patrons, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing small children into the salon while you are being serviced. Due to the many potential dangers that the salon environment presents (sharp scissors, hot irons, chemicals, glass shelves, rotating salon chairs, etc.), small children will no longer be permitted in the salon. Failure to abide by this policy will result in a re-scheduling of services with no exceptions. We understand decisions like this can cause frustration for some guests. However, in order to provide a safe and exceptional salon experience for all, we politely ask you to abide by this policy. We appreciate your understanding. Children under the age of 12 are prohibited from salon services.
